This blog began in 2013 as a farmers wife wanting to know more about running the farm. It quickly evolved into an online journal, a place to share all aspects of my life and my passion for rural wellness. I am a mother, writer, Dru meditation teacher and yoga therapist. Now also an Ayurveda Health Coach. My husband and I have been married 32 years and have four incredible daughters. I still feel like I am learning about farming, although I have the bookwork pretty sorted.
