Before we take a look at how to Be Present when there are so many demands pulling at your schedule, I would like to explain 3 main benefits I have noticed this year, now that I have moved into a deeper mindfulness practice. It must drain a lot of our reserves, worrying about all the things we have no control over. I discovered that the best way I could care for my family and friends was to be a calm presence.'
