Are you breathing well?

Do you pay attention to your breath?  It is surprising how little we notice the breath, when it is vital to our health and energy. Breathing patterns often change depending on how busy we are, if we are feeling anxious or rushed. A relaxed full breath is ideal. It keeps the mind clear and calm, helping us respond to challenging situations with clarity and awareness.
